pieces handcrafted by Sparkleastar are done so on a commission basis.
This allows us to design and create pieces to your exact requirements,
taking into account your prefered colour, style and size. We can even
look to accommodate your budget,
working with you to create the design of your dreams.
Creating
pieces on a commission basis also allows us to easily design and create
matching items for you, bridal jewellery for example.
The
overall design process takes the following steps:

You approach Sparkleastar to create a piece for you,
either by phone or email
l
We talk with you to get a general idea of the piece/s
you would like designed and made
l
If at all possible, we will arrange a Client Consultation
to discuss design options with you
l
We will then go away and design the pieces for you,
and provide a quotation
l
Once the design has been agreed, a non-refundable
50% deposit is due, to cover initial costs
l
Upon payment of the 50% deposit, all materials will
be ordered, and we'll start creating
l
When the piece/s are completed, we will contact you
to arrange a viewing
l
When you are happy with your completed piece/s, we
will request final payment
l
Upon payment of the balance, we arrange to ship the
piece/s to you
