Here at Sparkleastar we pride ourselves with our attention to detail. We know that your tiara or jewellery has to be perfect, and that it has to complement what you’ll be wearing. That’s why we offer a design-by-commission service, allowing you to tell us exactly what you’d like.

Many of our clients have used this service in the past, often using our existing designs as a basis to work from. But some go for something completely different, and at Sparkleastar this doesn’t faze us at all. So, if you know what you want, the colour, style and size , but can’t see it here, why not get in touch? Let us see what we can design and handcraft for you.

Design-by-Commission Service

• Contact us to let us know what you’re looking for. Depending on where you live, we’ll discuss the best way for us to take your commission forward.
• We’ll design and source materials as required and contact you to talk them through. We’ll also provide you with a quote at this point.
• If you decide to commission us to handcraft the design, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required, at which point we’ll crack on and start making.
• As soon as your design is complete, we’ll get in touch and discuss final payment. Once this is received, we’ll arrange for delivery (all items are sent by first class next day delivery, and will need signing for).
• We’re sure you’ll be delighted with the piece we’ve created, but if you do have any concerns when the item’s received, we require you to call us within 48 hours to let us know, and then we can discuss a way forward.
